24-Hour Blood Pressure Monitor

Our holter device provides continuous blood pressure monitoring over a 24-hour period, offering a more accurate picture of your blood pressure throughout your daily routine and during sleep.

Why Might You Need 24-Hour Blood Pressure Monitoring?

The monitor is lightweight, easy to wear, and records readings at regular intervals. It is ideal for:

  • Diagnosing hypertension
  • Assessing how well your treatment is working
  • Identifying white coat hypertension
  • Identifying masked hypertension

Results are reviewed by the GP to support tailored treatment plans.

What to Expect

  • Before booking: The monitor is arranged after a GP assessment or referral. It is fitted on weekdays only, and you will need to return it to the practice the next day. Please wear a loose or short-sleeved top so the cuff can be fitted easily.
